STRONGFORM succeeds in getting a considerable shelf­-life extension of its formwork pieces by adopting the latest technology of robotic welding in the manufacturing work. These pieces receive most of the pressure of the concrete. Flexible alloy wires are used in this process of welding. And it provides a largest flexibility to the pieces of the system without sacrificing the aluminum formwork resistance when it is in use. This flexibility makes possible the reduction and elimination of welding ruptures.
